Here are some examples, dimmer switch? Why not a brightener switch? Or a stop sign? How about a Go Light? What about when someone calls a person a nerd? Why not just call them intelligent?
On today’s premier post minute we wanted to discuss how at Premier we work hard to place everything in a positive outcome.
When we speak with our customers, we discuss what the outcomes they want to achieve. These are always positive. Customers want to move forward and get better and the best way to do so is knowing what their desired outcome is.
