In today’s premier post minute, We wanted to discuss how our loyal customers are our most successful customers.
When you think about It, I would never want a customer to be just satisfied! I heard it put another way from a young man named Jeffrey Gitomer. Would you want your wife or husband to be satisfied or loyal? Whoa when you put it like that it makes you think.
I personally would take loyal all the time as they will continue to buy from us because of that loyalty.
And that is a big part of our success, we have loyal customers who become our friends and we do whatever it takes even if our ass falls off.
We also have vendors that are not only loyal to us, but we are total loyal to them.
